Disney World's peak one-day ticket rises to $229 as every annual pass goes up
Walt Disney World has raised prices on peak-date tickets, all four annual passes and the Lightning Lane Premier Pass. The top one-day, one-park ticket reaches $229 on 2027 holiday dates, the Incredi-Pass climbs $120 to $1,749, and Lightning Lane Multi Pass prices did not change.

A one-day, one-park ticket to Walt Disney World now tops out at $229 on its busiest dates. Every annual pass costs more and the price ceiling on Lightning Lane Premier Pass is up $50, FOX 35 Orlando reported on October 6.

Key Details
- Peak one-day ticket: $229
- Top annual pass: Incredi-Pass, $1,749
- Lightning Lane Premier Pass ceiling: $499
- Annual pass increases: $10 to $120, depending on the pass
Peak one-day tickets reach $229 on 2027 holiday dates
Date-based pricing puts the biggest ticket increase on the busiest holiday days.
- Which dates. Disney's calendar shows $229 for Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve in 2027, and for EPCOT on New Year's Eve.
- This year's peak. The same holiday dates cost $209 this year, so the top price rises $20.
- Prices vary by date. Walt Disney World tickets are priced by the day of the visit, so most dates sit below the peak.
Annual pass prices, tier by tier
All four annual passes went up, and the pass open to every visitor rose the most.
- Biggest jump. The Incredi-Pass, the only pass any visitor can buy, rose $120 from $1,629.
- Smallest jump. The Pixie Dust Pass, for Florida residents, rose $10 to $499.
- Middle tiers. The Pirate Pass and the Sorcerer Pass each rose $40, to $909 and $1,139.
- In effect now. FOX 35 reported the new pass prices took effect Tuesday, October 6.
| Pass | Old price | New price | Who can buy it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pixie Dust Pass | $489 | $499 | Florida residents |
| Pirate Pass | $869 | $909 | Florida residents |
| Sorcerer Pass | $1,099 | $1,139 | Florida residents and Disney Vacation Club members |
| Incredi-Pass | $1,629 | $1,749 | All visitors |
Lightning Lane Premier Pass can now cost $50 more
Disney's top line-skipping product costs more at its peak price.
- What it buys. Lightning Lane Premier Pass gives one entry to every Lightning Lane attraction in the park a guest selects.
- The new ceiling. Its highest price rose $50, from $449.
The increase lands during a four-land expansion
Disney World raises prices most years, and this round arrives as construction reshapes three of its parks.
- Magic Kingdom. A Cars-themed land and a Villains Land are coming to Magic Kingdom.
- Hollywood Studios. Monstropolis, a land themed to Monsters, Inc., is under construction at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
- Animal Kingdom. The former DinoLand U.S.A. site at Disney's Animal Kingdom is becoming a Tropical Americas land with Encanto and Indiana Jones attractions.
Still the same price: Multi Pass, parking and the $119 day
Three costs did not move, which helps anyone budgeting a 2027 trip.
- Lowest one-day ticket. The cheapest one-day, one-park ticket, $119 for Disney's Animal Kingdom, is unchanged.
- Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Disney did not change prices for Multi Pass, which books a set of Lightning Lane return times.
- Theme park parking. No increase to theme park parking rates has been announced.
Our take. The increase falls hardest on peak holiday dates and the Incredi-Pass; a flexible family can still find the $119 floor, and Florida residents face smaller pass increases of $10 to $40.
