Our Disney database catalogues 9210 entries: 9037 characters, 128 rides, 32 items and 13 parks. The ones we have placed at Walt Disney World or on the Disney Cruise Line fleet are listed by section below. Where we have published news about an entry, those stories are listed on its page, so you can see what has actually changed at an attraction or resort rather than just its description.
The character entries come from a bulk Disney character dataset, which is why so many of them are catalogued but not yet placed anywhere. The attraction and park records are the curated half: we build those from Disney's own published material — park and resort pages on disneyworld.disney.go.com, the Disney Cruise Line site, and official announcements — which is why the counts above move as we work through a section instead of arriving complete.
Each entry is joined to our article archive automatically: when a story mentions an attraction by name or by a known alias, we record the link, and it appears on both the entry and the article. That is what makes the database useful next to a wiki. A wiki tells you what Space Mountain is; we also show you every refurbishment, closure, and Lightning Lane change we have covered.
Entries with no meaningful detail yet are excluded from search indexing until they carry real content, so what you find here is what we have actually written up.
