How it works

  1. Link your Disney account through Friends and Family, the way Disney provides for shared planning.
  2. Pick the rides, the day and who's riding.
  3. We book your Multi Pass Lightning Lanes and keep improving the return time. For a Single Pass we alert you when we see availability, and you buy it in the Disney app.

We never buy a pass for you, and nothing is guaranteed: Lightning Lane availability is Disney's, and some days the time you want never opens.

Why it lives in the app

Everything Waitless Pixie tells you arrives as a push notification: a return time that moved, a Single Pass that just opened. Push notifications need the app, so that is where Waitless Pixie runs. The website no longer runs it.

Questions

Can I use Waitless Pixie on the website?
No. Since September 2026 Waitless Pixie runs only in the GenieGrove app, because its alerts are push notifications and push needs the app. Download it free from the App Store on iPhone and iPad, or from Google Play on Android.
Does Waitless Pixie purchase Lightning Lanes for me?
No. You buy Lightning Lane Multi Pass yourself and make your own initial selections (Disney requires at least one to complete the purchase). Then we book your Multi Pass Lightning Lanes and keep improving the return time. We can't buy Single Pass for you: we alert you when one is available in your window, and you buy it in the Disney app.
How does the Disney connection work?
Waitless Pixie links to your account through My Disney Experience's official Friends and Family feature, the same connection Disney provides for shared and collaborative planning. We never see your account login or password, and will never ask for them. You stay in full control and can end the connection at any time.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. The GenieGrove app is on Google Play for Android phones, and on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
How much does it cost?
The GenieGrove app is free to download. Waitless Pixie is included with Grove+ Legendary, and you can cancel anytime.
