Disney has published the full Global Marketplace directory for the 2026 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, and the useful part of it is the map rather than the menus. The directory lists 45 festival kitchens spread across all four EPCOT neighborhoods: 31 Global Marketplaces, from Gyozas of the Galaxy near Creations Shop to Hawai'i at the far end of World Showcase, plus ten year-round restaurants and carts running festival menus on the side and four Joffrey's coffee stands. Several locations open in waves, so the list you can eat your way through on opening day is not the list you will find in October.

The marketplaces are the heart of this festival, which has been an EPCOT fall tradition since 1996. Each booth serves a short menu of small plates and drinks built around a country or a theme, and the fun is in grazing across as many as your appetite allows. Here is every location Disney lists for this year, grouped by where you will find it in the park.
World Discovery, between Creations Shop and Test Track
Four marketplaces sit in this stretch of the park, and it is the cluster to walk when a group cannot agree on a cuisine. Only one of them waits:
- Gyozas of the Galaxy, with dumplings built around other comfort foods
- Flavors from Fire, campfire cooking taken up a level
- The Fry Basket, over by Test Track, a fries-only booth that includes a three-way flight
- Coastal Eats, a seafood stop that opens October 2
World Nature and the Imagination walkway
Earth Eats belongs to World Nature rather than to the Creations Shop cluster, sitting near The Land pavilion, and it joins the festival on October 2. Further along, three autumn booths line the walkway that runs from Imagination! toward World Showcase, and each is a marketplace in its own right rather than a stand inside Earth Eats. All four:
- Earth Eats, near The Land pavilion, opening October 2
- Forest and Field, rustic dishes built on autumn ingredients
- Milled and Mulled, fall flavors across both the plates and the drinks
- Bramblewood Bites, garden-forward and on the heartier end
That walkway is where the seasonal cooking is concentrated: braised meat, squash, apples and cider.
The World Showcase loop
The promenade is the long walk of the festival, and it carries 21 of the 31 marketplaces. Some booths belong to the pavilion they stand in front of, others fill the gaps between them, and two of them do not open until October. The country booths:
- Australia, near Disney Traders, with dishes and drinks from Down Under
- Mexico, serving tostadas, tacos, and more
- China, with dumplings and bao buns
- India, opening October 2 with savory dishes and cooling drinks
- Germany, covering Bavarian bites from savory to sweet
- Spain, with paella and croquetas
- Italy, from stromboli to panna cotta
- Japan, with traditional dishes and specialty drinks
- Greece, home of spanakopita and gyros
- Belgium, pairing waffles and braised beef with bold brews
- Brazil, including the Pão de Queijo
- France, from escargot to crème brûlée
- Canada, with hearty fare from the north
- Hawai'i, mixing savory and sweet island favorites
The themed booths round out the loop:
- Refreshment Outpost Hosted by Coca-Cola, with South African cuisine and a microbrew selection
- The Alps, opening October 2 with Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese
- Hops & Barley at The American Adventure, American eats built to pair with beer
- Funnel Cake, serving the festival-exclusive Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake
- Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina, inside the Morocco pavilion, with Moroccan falafel and cookies
- Swirled Showcase, for frozen treats
- Shimmering Sips, near Port of Entry, pouring sparkling mimosas alongside desserts
Inside CommuniCore Hall
Two locations sit indoors, which matters more than usual during a Florida September. The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More runs September 18 through November 8 with mac-and-cheese dishes and a sweet shake. Festival Favorites opens September 9 and brings back popular dishes from festivals past, a smart stop if you missed a booth in a previous year.
Festival flavors at year-round locations
Ten of the 45 entries in Disney's directory are not booths at all. They are permanent EPCOT restaurants, carts and lounges that add festival items for the run, which means air conditioning and a chair for anyone who has already walked the promenade twice:
- Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey, with flavored chicken wings and specialty drinks
- Connections Eatery, serving the BBQ Braai Chicken Pizza and other festival exclusives
- Connections Café, with a Pistachio-Chocolate Mochi Doughnut
- Block & Hans, pouring a Spicy Strawberry-Mango Smoothie
- United Kingdom Beer Cart, with a Sparkling Cucumber-Gin Cocktail
- Sunshine Seasons, with a Disney-inspired macaron and shake
- Sommerfest, adding German onion cake and a specialty cold brew
- Regal Eagle Smokehouse, with treats like the Blackberry Buckle
- La Poutinerie Hosted by Air Canada, serving Korean-inspired poutine and a Spiced Apple Slushy

Where the Joffrey's carts are
Joffrey's Coffee and Tea Company runs the festival cold brews from four separate carts, and each one pours its own drink, so the order decides the stop:
- Near Disney Traders
- In World Discovery, serving the Affogato di Marshmallow Cold Brew
- Near The American Adventure pavilion, serving the Affogato alle Mandorle Cold Brew
- Near the Canada pavilion
More to do between bites
Two festival staples tie the eating together. Emile's Fromage Montage is the cheese quest: try the eligible cheese dishes at select marketplaces, collect stamps in the festival passport, and earn a sweet reward at the end. The Eat to the Beat Concert Series brings live acts to the America Gardens Theatre, included with park admission on a first-come, first-served basis.
Know before you go
Disney notes that menu items, pricing, and hours can change without notice, which matters more at this festival than at most, because booths rotate items mid-run. Treat every listed dish as subject to revision until you order it. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid identification, with a limit of two drinks per ID.
Three opening dates to put on your calendar
Most booths are up and running from the festival's start, but the phased openings shape any later-fall visit: September 9 adds Festival Favorites, September 18 adds The Wedge and the Cheers to Cheese exhibit inside CommuniCore Hall, and October 2 is the big one, switching on Coastal Eats, Earth Eats, India, and The Alps at once. A visit before September 9 gets the smallest version of the festival. From October 2 through November 21, every marketplace on this list is open at the same time, so if raclette or the autumn menus are the priority, plan an October trip. The Wedge closes early, on November 8, two weeks before the festival wraps on November 21.
