Inside the EPCOT Holiday Cookie Stroll: 13 Cookies, Five Stamps and a Free Treat at the End

·

The Holiday Cookie Stroll turns the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays into a self-guided dessert crawl: 13 cookies spread across the Holiday Kitchens, five stamps to complete a festival passport page, and a bonus treat waiting at Holiday Sweets & Treats. Here is how the 2025 stroll worked, cookie by cookie, with the drink pairings that made each one better.

Inside the EPCOT Holiday Cookie Stroll: 13 Cookies, Five Stamps and a Free Treat at the End

The Holiday Cookie Stroll is the closest thing the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays has to a scavenger hunt you can eat. Thirteen cookies are scattered across the festival's Holiday Kitchens, five stamps complete a page in your festival passport, and a free bonus treat waits at the end. Here is a full walk through the 2025 lineup, including which cookies were new that year, where each Holiday Kitchen sat, and the drink we would order alongside every one.

How the Holiday Cookie Stroll Works

Start with a festival passport, free at kiosks and Holiday Kitchens around the park. Page 36 lists the 13 cookies available for the stroll; the following page holds the stamp grid. Buy a stroll cookie, get a stamp. Collect five stamps and the page is complete.

Take that completed page to Holiday Sweets & Treats and a cast member at the redemption window hands over a bonus treat. Every Holiday Kitchen on the route also pours seasonal beverages, which is where the stroll goes from a checklist to an actual tasting.

Cookie Stroll Basics

Ginger-Molasses Cookie With Cream Cheese Icing

The Ginger-Molasses Cookie with Cream Cheese Icing, served at Experimental Prototype Cookies of Tomorrow in CommuniCore Hall.

New for 2025 and a strong opener. This is a chewy drop cookie balancing spice against sweetness, then buried under a generous layer of cream cheese icing. You will find it at Experimental Prototype Cookies of Tomorrow in CommuniCore Hall: the indoor venue that opened as part of EPCOT's transformation and now anchors the festival's non-World-Showcase offerings.

That same Holiday Kitchen carries two more stroll cookies if you prefer less icing: the new Prototype Cookie (a sugar cookie with orange-cranberry icing and dark chocolate) and the returning Salted Caramel Spaceship Earth Cookie.

Pairing: the Ivanhoe Park Brewing Co. Frosted Gingerbread White Stout. The brewery designed this seasonal to sit next to holiday desserts, and it pushes the gingerbread and molasses notes forward rather than fighting them.

Cinnamon-Spiced Chocolate Crinkle Cookie

A rich crinkle cookie that eats like a brownie dusted with cinnamon, soft on the first bite with a fudgy center. It is served at Nochebuena Cocina, the Holiday Kitchen tucked between World Showcase and the Imagination! pavilion.

Pairing: the Ponche Navideño, a warm non-alcoholic Christmas punch built from apples, pears, guava, oranges, dried hibiscus, brown sugar, tamarind, cinnamon sticks and cloves. It is the most interesting zero-proof drink on the route.

Hazelnut Linzer Cookie With Raspberry Jam

A festival veteran, and a cut-out cookie that earns its permanent spot: buttery, short, and spread with raspberry jam. For 2025 the center cutout took a new shape. Find it at the Bavaria Holiday Kitchen in the Germany pavilion.

Coming to it directly after the chocolate crinkle is the right order, the bright, tangy jam resets your palate after all that cocoa.

Pairing: Glühwein, the house-made hot spiced wine poured in Germany. On a cool December evening in World Showcase this combination is the whole reason people come to the festival.

Mickey-Shaped Almond Black and White Cookie

New for 2025 and the most photogenic cookie on the list. Soft and cake-like, split down the middle with vanilla on one side and chocolate fondant icing on the other, and cut into the shape of Mickey Mouse. It is served at the L'Chaim! Holiday Kitchen, between the Morocco and France pavilions.

"The first bite must be the ears. We don't make the rules."

Pairing: a second Mickey-shaped Almond Black and White Cookie. One is not enough.

Maple Leaf Shortbread Cookie With Maple Buttercream

Brand new for 2025 and the sleeper of the lineup. Maple buttercream on a shortbread base, finished with sea salt flakes so the sweetness never runs away. It lives at the Yukon Holiday Kitchen in the Canada pavilion.

Pairing: the Playalinda Brewing Co. Maple Cookie Blonde Ale. Doubling down on maple sounds like a mistake and is not, the combination lands nutty and caramel-forward, and it was the biggest surprise of the whole route.

Bonus Stop: The Coffee-Mocha Cookie

Five stamps in, most people are flagging. The Coffee-Mocha Cookie is the built-in fix: a drop cookie topped with coffee-infused buttercream, cocoa nibs and chocolate-covered espresso beans, served at the Mele Kalikimaka Holiday Kitchen between World Showcase and the Imagination! pavilion.

Pairing: skip the kitchen's own pour and walk to Holiday Sweets & Treats for the Festive Flight of Joffrey's hot cocoas, Christmas Sugar Cookie topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, Gingerbread with a gingerbread garnish, and Cookie Butter with speculoos spice. It is built for sharing, and it puts you exactly where you need to be next.

Claiming the Prize

The completion prize handed out at Holiday Sweets & Treats.

Show your festival passport with five completed stamps at the Holiday Sweets & Treats redemption window and a cast member hands over the bonus treat. It is a small reward for a substantial amount of walking and sugar, and the fact that the redemption point is also the hot cocoa stop is the single best piece of routing on the stroll.

The Rest of the Festival Is Worth Budgeting For

The Cookie Stroll is one page of the festival passport, not the whole book. The Holiday Kitchens run their own full menus, the Candlelight Processional takes over the America Gardens Theatre, and holiday displays fill the park through the season.

Five Stamps Is the Number to Plan Around

If you take one thing into your next Festival of the Holidays, make it this: you only need five of the 13 cookies to finish. That reframes the whole exercise. Rather than trying to eat the entire list, pick the five you actually want, spread them across a lap of World Showcase, and pair each with the drink at that kitchen. Grab a passport on the way in, put CommuniCore Hall and Canada on the route, and finish at Holiday Sweets & Treats with the completed page in hand.
