Buy five of the festival's featured cheese dishes, collect a stamp for each in your Festival Passport, then turn the finished page in at the Shimmering Sips marketplace for a festival treat. Fourteen dishes qualify this year, but only six of them are on sale when the festival opens.

The stroll named for a rat with no standards
Emile is Remy's brother in Ratatouille, the one who will eat anything put in front of him, and since Remy's Ratatouille Adventure opened in the France pavilion he has been the festival's mascot for the cheese hunt. The format has not changed: five purchases, five stamps, one reward. What changes each year is the qualifying list, and the 2026 list is spread across the park in a way that rewards some planning.
Six cheese dishes available when the festival opens August 27
These are the Global Marketplace items that qualify from day one, and they are the fastest route to five stamps, because five of the six sit along the World Showcase promenade within a short walk of each other:
- Schinkennudeln at Germany, a pasta gratin with ham, onions and cheese
- Basque Cheesecake at Spain, with orange sauce
- Griddled Cheese at Greece, with pistachios and honey
- Pão de Queijo at Brazil, Brazilian cheese bread
- Pineapple Cheesecake at Hawai'i, with passion fruit curd and macadamia nuts
- Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli at Forest & Field, with brown butter vinaigrette, pecorino cheese, pomegranate seeds and hazelnut praline
The September additions: one dish, then four more
On September 9 the Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle joins the list at the Festival Favorites marketplace in CommuniCore Plaza. It is built on PHILADELPHIA cream cheese with citrus sauce and spice cake, topped with cranberry streusel.
Then on September 18 the biggest single cluster opens: four qualifying items at The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More, inside CommuniCore Hall. This is the one to watch on the calendar, because The Wedge closes on November 8, two full weeks before the festival ends. If you are visiting in the back half of November, these four are off the board.

All four are served at the same counter, so a visitor arriving between September 18 and November 8 can finish four fifths of the stroll without leaving CommuniCore Hall.
Three late arrivals on October 2
The last three qualifying dishes open with their booths on October 2. The Alps serves Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese on a baguette with jambon and apple-mustard relish, and Tartiflette, a potato gratin with caramelized onions, bacon, thyme, crème fraîche and brie. Earth Eats adds a Red Wine-Braised Beef Short Rib with goat cheese polenta, tomato ragù, shaved pecorino cheese and petit herbs.
The Alps sits near the Germany pavilion and Earth Eats is over by the Land pavilion in World Nature, so an October visit spreads the stroll wider across the park than an August one does.
Where the reward is and what to know before you start
The redemption point is Shimmering Sips, the marketplace near Port of Entry at the front of World Showcase. That is worth knowing before you plan a walking route, because it means the last stamp is best collected somewhere near the top of the lagoon rather than out by France. Disney notes that menu items, pricing and hours are all subject to change without notice. The festival itself is included with regular EPCOT admission, and the dishes are priced individually at each booth.
The cleanest five-stamp run on opening weekend is Germany, Spain, Greece, Brazil and Hawai'i. All five open August 27, all five sit on the World Showcase promenade, and all five are small enough to finish in one afternoon without ruining dinner.
