More than 50 dishes for one causeway: the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic sets its 2026 menus

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic has its full 2026 menu, and the 17th edition of the event runs across two nights in November with more than 50 dishes and over 170 beverages. Most of the food lineup is new this year, with only a couple of returning favourites held over.

What the Classic is

The Classic takes over the causeway that links the Swan and the Dolphin, the two hotels that sit on Crescent Lake within walking distance of EPCOT's International Gateway and Disney's Hollywood Studios. The format is a street party rather than a seated dinner: guests walk the causeway, taste as much as they like across booths run by the hotels' own restaurants and themed areas, and there is live entertainment through the evening.

It is a useful counterweight to the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival running at the same time of year. The Classic is a two-night event with unlimited tastings on one ticket, where the festival across the lake is pay-per-item across weeks.

Who is cooking in 2026

Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina returns for its second year on the lineup, having opened at the resort in 2025. It joins Todd English's bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare and Rosa Mexicano, along with the resort's Kimonos, The Fountain and Smokin D's.

The themed areas are back as well: the Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown and the Bubble Lounge.

The 2026 dish lineup

The full list runs past 50 items and is posted on the event site. These are the ones the organisers have highlighted, with the night each is served.

The two dishes that survived the rewrite

With the lineup leaning so heavily on new plates, only a couple of repeats made the cut. Rosa Mexicano brings back its Chips and Salsa Bar, with fresh fried corn tortilla chips, norteña, tomatillo arbol, aguamole, habanero pickled onions and two styles of pico de gallo, available both nights. Chinatown's Shu Mein also returns for both nights, made with Shanghai noodles, braised tofu, shiitake mushroom and bamboo in a vegan broth.

The Buzz

A two-night event with unlimited tastings sits right against the closing weeks of the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, and this year the Swan and Dolphin has rebuilt almost the whole menu rather than reprinting it. That is the part guests have noticed: a lineup this new means the dishes people planned around last November mostly will not be there, and the two that survived the cut are now the safe bets.

Booking window

Tickets are sold per night at FoodAndWineClassic.com, and a bundle covering both Friday and Saturday saves 10 percent. Guests who want to stay on site can call 1-888-828-8850 with proof of ticket purchase for event room rates. The Swan and Dolphin are Marriott-operated hotels on Walt Disney World property, which means guests get resort benefits including complimentary transportation and the walk or boat to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, but the Classic itself is run by the hotels rather than by Disney. The complete 2026 menu, including everything not listed here, is at swandolphinfoodandwineclassic.com/eat.
