What Is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party?
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a separately ticketed event celebrating the most wonderful time of the year at Magic Kingdom. Guests enjoy festive entertainment, overlays on classic rides, a storybook holiday atmosphere, and seasonal sweet treats included with admission.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party 2026 Dates
The 2026 party runs on 25 select nights from Sunday, November 8 to Tuesday, December 22. Even though the party officially starts at 7:00 p.m., ticketed guests can enter the park as early as 4:00 p.m., a full three hours of extra time before the festivities begin. Those three hours are the most under-used part of the ticket: queues during the pre-party window run considerably shorter than a normal Magic Kingdom afternoon, and guests who arrive at 6:45 p.m. leave that value on the table.
2026 Party Dates
- November: 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, 27, 29
- December: 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22

How to Get Tickets
Special event tickets become available on July 9 for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green. All other guests can purchase starting July 16. Special prices are available for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members, and tickets can be purchased online or by calling 407-934-7639.
Holly Jolly Character Greetings
Yuletide cheer waits around every corner, with exclusive opportunities to greet Disney friends during the party. Disney has confirmed a few early locations.

Confirmed Character Greetings
- Princess Fairytale Hall: Anna and Elsa
- Town Square Theater: Jack Skellington as Santa and Sally
- Town Square Theater: Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in their finest holiday looks
Meet Santa at Santa's Christmas Carnival
It's the perfect time to meet Santa at Santa's Christmas Carnival. Guests can head to Storybook Circus, near Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Barnstormer, to share their wish lists, take part in crafts, and meet other friends bursting with Christmas cheer. It's an ideal stop for young families.

Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Parade
For an enchanting holiday parade, look no further than Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Parade. The performance features dancing gingerbread men, whimsical ballroom dancers, marching toy soldiers, and upbeat holiday music and scents, before concluding with a special appearance by Santa Claus. Because the parade travels from Frontierland to Main Street, U.S.A., there are plenty of great viewing spots throughout the park. Standing on Main Street is the most crowded choice, not the best one.

Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
Hosted by Minnie Mouse, this nighttime spectacular combines holiday classics like "Deck the Halls" and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" with stunning pyrotechnics, castle projections, and lighting effects. Cinderella Castle is wrapped like a present in vibrant holiday scenes synchronized to the music. Great views are available in Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland, or guests can upgrade to the returning Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Parties, with reservation details coming soon.

Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration
On the Cinderella Castle stage, Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration reminds guests why it's the happiest season of all. Live performers and characters like Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck, and Woody from Disney and Pixar's Toy Story films appear throughout this energetic medley of joyful tunes.

Frozen Holiday Surprise and Dance Parties
Guests can ring in the season with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the snowgies during Frozen Holiday Surprise, as Cinderella Castle transforms into a frozen wonderland. The fun continues at dance parties throughout the park, where guests can show off their jingle bell rock moves with holiday friends and event DJs.

Rides Available During the Party
Five Magic Kingdom attractions get festive makeovers during the party: Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Mad Tea Party, Jungle Cruise, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. One caveat on that list: the Jungle Cruise overlay, the Jingle Cruise, runs across the wider holiday season rather than party nights only, so the other four are the ones a party ticket genuinely buys. Many classic attractions remain open too.

Classic Attractions Open During the Party
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- Haunted Mansion
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
- And more
Merchandise and Sweet Treats
Guests can find exclusive holiday merchandise at the Emporium to brighten the season, with festive wearables on the way. The magic doesn't stop there: a variety of cookies, festive beverages, and more are handed out free to guests at select locations throughout Magic Kingdom. Treat locations are listed on the holiday party maps at the park entrance and in the My Disney Experience app, with a first look at this year's seasonal bites coming to Disney Eats.
July 9 and July 16 are the dates to set an alarm for
As a separately ticketed, limited-capacity event, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party consistently sells out on its most popular dates, so the two on-sale dates decide most of your options: July 9 for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green, and July 16 for everyone else. Annual Passholder and Disney Vacation Club pricing applies at both.
With 25 nights spread across six and a half weeks, the early-November dates and the ones furthest from Christmas are typically the easiest to get and the least crowded once you are inside. And with 4:00 p.m. early entry, a single party ticket effectively buys a long evening of parades, fireworks, ride overlays and free treats rather than a five-hour event.
Still unannounced: ticket prices, the full character lineup, the reservation date for Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Parties, and the 2026 party merchandise collection. More details are at DisneyWorld.com/Holidays.
