Stitch Lands at Walt Disney World With Nine Themed Treats, Two Magic Shots and a Tomorrowland DJ Party
Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line pick up a Lilo & Stitch overlay beginning May 23, 2025, led by nine themed dishes and drinks across Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Two new Magic Shots arrive on land and more at sea, a space-themed DJ party brings Stitch to Tomorrowland's Rocket Tower Plaza Stage, and Hey, Disney! gains a new Lilo & Stitch Soundscape in resort hotel rooms. Most of the food runs through June 30, with the Surfing Stitch Float at Magic Kingdom going to September 1.

Stitch crash-lands across Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line starting May 23, 2025, and the takeover is bigger on the food side than the entertainment side: nine themed dishes and drinks spread across three parks, Disney Springs and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, plus two new Magic Shots on land, more at sea, a Tomorrowland DJ party and a talkative update to the voice assistant in resort hotel rooms.

Two New Stitch Magic Shots Start May 23 at Walt Disney World
Disney PhotoPass photographers get two new Stitch Magic Shots at Walt Disney World Resort, available for a limited time at select locations beginning May 23, 2025. Magic Shots are the composited PhotoPass images where a character appears in the frame after the shutter clicks, so there is no queue and no showtime to plan around — you simply need to find a PhotoPass photographer at one of the participating spots and ask.

A Space-Themed DJ Party at Magic Kingdom's Rocket Tower Plaza Stage
Over at Magic Kingdom, Disney is running a space-inspired DJ dance party at the Rocket Tower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland, the outdoor stage tucked beneath the Astro Orbiter's rocket tower. Stitch turns up for surprise appearances during the set.

It is a small thing that fits the geography unusually well. Tomorrowland is where Stitch used to live full time at Walt Disney World — Stitch's Great Escape! occupied the theater beside the Astro Orbiter until it stopped operating in 2018 — so a Stitch dance party a few steps from that building is the closest thing the character has had to a Magic Kingdom home in years.
Hey, Disney! Learns Some New Lilo & Stitch Tricks in Resort Hotel Rooms
Hey, Disney!, the voice assistant available in Disney Resort hotel rooms, picks up a Lilo & Stitch layer. Guests can ask it about the weather, set timers and alarms and hear jokes, and Disney has folded in Lilo & Stitch Easter eggs plus a new Lilo & Stitch Soundscape — the ambient audio tracks the assistant plays on request.

It is the least visible piece of this rollout and the one most likely to actually get used, because it costs nothing extra and lives in the room you already booked.
Nine Stitch Treats, and Exactly Where to Find Them
The food is where this lineup earns its space. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort carries four of the nine items, which is the obvious call — the 1971 monorail resort is Walt Disney World's Polynesian-themed hotel and has been the de facto home of anything Hawaii-adjacent since the film came out in 2002. Two more land at Disney's Hollywood Studios, one at Magic Kingdom, one at Disney Springs, and the last is poured at eight locations across the resort.

Experiment 626 Cone — Pineapple Lanai, Polynesian Village Resort

Kalua Sliders — Tambu Lounge, Polynesian Village Resort

Stitch Dome Cake — Kona Island Cafe, Polynesian Village Resort

Pudge's Peanut Butter French Toast — Kona Cafe, Polynesian Village Resort

Stitch Petit Cake — Amorette's Patisserie, Disney Springs

Cute & Fluffy! Shake — Dockside Diner, Hollywood Studios

Experiment 626 Pudding — ABC Commissary and Backlot Express, Hollywood Studios

Surfing Stitch Float — Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies, Magic Kingdom

Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride — eight locations resort-wide
A few are worth calling out by name. The Experiment 626 Cone is blue vanilla soft-serve with cotton candy flavour in a waffle cone, topped with Stitch-inspired white chocolate ears — 626 being Stitch's experiment designation in the film. Pudge's Peanut Butter French Toast takes its name from the fish Lilo feeds a peanut butter sandwich every Thursday. And the Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride, a non-alcoholic mix of DOLE Pineapple Juice and white cranberry juice with a splash of blue curaçao syrup and a flower on top, borrows the title of the film's Elvis-driven singalong.
The rest of the descriptions: Kalua Sliders are kalua pork with green papaya slaw on Hawaiian rolls. The Stitch Dome Cake is confetti cake with a mint chocolate chip filling and fondant decor. The Stitch Petit Cake layers vanilla chiffon soaked in orange simple syrup with passion fruit curd, guava jam and pineapple mousse. The Cute & Fluffy! Shake is a non-alcoholic vanilla-coconut milk shake swirled with ube-marshmallow cream. The Experiment 626 Pudding is sour blue raspberry pudding with ube-passion-fruit streusel and blue pineapple whipped cream. The Surfing Stitch Float pairs DOLE Whip Pineapple with POWERADE Mountain Berry Blast and chocolate decor, also non-alcoholic.
Where the Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride Is Poured
- Hollywood Studios: Backlot Express, Fairfax Fare, and the outdoor cart on Sunset Avenue
- Polynesian Village Resort: Kona Island Café and Barefoot Pool Bar
- Disney Springs: The Daily Poutine
Stitch Photobombs Disney Cruise Line Sailings
The fleet joins in on the same date. Disney Cruise Line is adding Stitch Magic Shots for a limited time starting May 23, 2025, and the times and locations are published in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app rather than announced in advance — so onboard, the Navigator's daily schedule is the only place these will surface.

The Dates That Matter: Most Items End June 30, the Surfing Stitch Float Runs to September 1
Almost all of the food and drink is on a June 30, 2025 end date — the cone, the sliders, the French toast, the petit cake, the shake, the pudding and the Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride. The Surfing Stitch Float at Auntie Gravity's is the outlier, running through September 1, 2025, which makes it the one item that survives most of the summer. The Stitch Dome Cake at Kona Island Cafe is listed as available now with no published end date, so treat it as the least predictable of the nine.

The Magic Shots on both land and sea are described only as limited-time with no closing date attached, and the Magic Kingdom DJ party has no published run either. If you want the full set, the Polynesian is the efficient stop — four of the nine items sit inside one resort you can reach by monorail without a park ticket. Disney published the round-up on the Disney Parks Blog.
