Mickey Waffles Get Five New Flavours as Disney Adds Churro Fries and a 21-Piece Churro Box This Fall

·

Walt Disney World is adding five new Mickey waffle and pancake flavours across its value resort food courts, ten new churro items including maple bacon churro fries at Blizzard Beach and a 21-piece family box at EPCOT, and more than thirty new slushes, shakes and cocktails. Three of the listed locations, two at Typhoon Lagoon and one at Disney Springs, are held back to 2027.

Mickey Waffles Get Five New Flavours as Disney Adds Churro Fries and a 21-Piece Churro Box This Fall

Five new Mickey waffle flavours, ten new churros and more than thirty new drinks are heading to Walt Disney World this fall, and the list reaches further than the usual park snack carts. Disney's rollout puts new breakfast plates in every value resort food court, churro fries at Blizzard Beach, a 21-piece family churro box at EPCOT and a full page of cocktails at the Rose and Crown.

Mickey Waffles Get Five New Flavours, All at the Value Resorts

Every one of the new pancake and waffle plates lands at a value or moderate resort food court rather than inside a park, and each flavour comes as both a character-shaped waffle and a pancake stack, served with bacon and sausage.

That distribution is worth noting on its own. Value resort food courts have spent years serving a near-identical menu across all three All-Star properties, and this splits them: All-Star Sports, All-Star Music and All-Star Movies each get a different flavour, so which hotel you book now determines which waffle you can order at breakfast.

Key Details

Ten New Churros, From Maple Bacon Fries to a 21-Piece Box

The churro is the item Disney has pushed hardest here, and the new lineup treats it as a base ingredient rather than a finished snack. Two of the ten are sundaes, one is a plate of fries and one is a coffee.

The Family Churros box is the genuinely new format in that list. Walt Disney World has sold shareable snack platters before, but a 21-piece churro box priced for a group is the sort of item that changes how a party of five plans an afternoon break at EPCOT, and the Mission Space Cart sits in a corner of World Discovery that rarely draws a snack queue.

Frozen Slushes Land at Pool Bars, Quick Service Windows and Two Water Parks

Four non-alcoholic slushes are spreading across the resort, several with a spiked version available at selected counters.

Five more slushes are built around alcohol from the start. The Old Fashioned Freeze pours Woodford Reserve over a citrus and tea slushy with angostura bitters at Anaheim Produce, Regal Eagle Smokehouse Bar, Flame Tree Barbecue and the Courtyard Pool Bar at the Grand Floridian. Anaheim Produce also gets a Frozen Key Lime Slush with Tito's Handmade Vodka. A Blackberry Cobbler with Jack Daniel's Blackberry Whiskey, blackberry and peach puree and Biscoff crumble reaches Backlot Express, B.B. Wolf's Sausage Co. and Pizzafari. EPCOT's Oasis Sweets and Sips gets a Frozen Marrakech Mango Margarita, and a Prickly Pear Margarita arrives at Chef Mwanga's, Dockside Margaritas and The Drop Off Pool Bar at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

A Steamboat Willie Milkshake at The Plaza and Two Espresso Martini Shakes

The shake list is short but pointed. Connections Eatery in EPCOT adds a S'mores Gelato Milkshake with Belgian chocolate and French vanilla gelato, toasted marshmallow, chocolate bar and graham cracker. The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom gets a Steamboat Willie Milkshake, blended cookies and cream ice cream topped with whipped cream, cookies and cream churros, a sugar cookie and a cherry. Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge picks up a Maple-Pecan Gelato Milkshake, available with alcohol, and an Espresso Martini Gelato Milkshake made with Absolut Vodka and Mozart Chocolate Liqueur. A second Espresso Martini Milkshake, built on hand-scooped vanilla ice cream, goes to Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The Rose and Crown Picks Up Four New Cocktails

Three non-alcoholic specialty drinks join the list: an Enchanted Grove Lime Splash with cucumber and mint at Spice Road Table and Bar, Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub, Tusker House Restaurant, Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar and Dockside Margaritas; an Enchanting Ember Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey at Tusker House and Dockside Margaritas; and a Royal Berry Spritzer of blueberry, blackberry, pomegranate and cold-pressed lime topped with Topo Chico Blueberry and Hibiscus at Cinderella's Royal Table and the Rose and Crown.

On the cocktail side, Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub in EPCOT's United Kingdom pavilion takes the largest share of anywhere on property, with a Rosé Spritz built on Tito's Handmade Vodka and House of Brown Rosé, a Scotch and Honey topped with a float of Islay Scotch, a Berry Proper made with Fords Gin and creme de mure, and a Dublin After Dark of Grey Goose, Mr. Black cold brew liqueur, Joffrey's cold brew and Guinness Draught. Elsewhere, a Gold Standard Margarita goes to The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge and Dockside Margaritas, a Spicy Margarita with a chili-lime and pepper-salt rim reaches Be Our Guest Restaurant, Tusker House and Dockside Margaritas, and Disney Springs outdoor bars add a Cucumber Margarita and a Citrus Old Fashioned made with Munyon's Paw Paw Citrus Liqueur.

Two Typhoon Lagoon Windows and a Disney Springs Cart Wait Until 2027

Three of the listed locations carry a 2027 date rather than a fall one: Happy Landings and Leaning Palms at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, and outdoor vending at Disney Springs. That makes those two entries a menu preview rather than anything a guest can order this year. Blizzard Beach gets both the Maple Bacon Churro Fries at Avalunch and the Peaches and Cream slush at Lottawatta Lodge now.

Disney has not published prices for any of these items, and the company notes that all offerings are subject to change and availability. Expect the snack carts and food courts to start swapping menu boards through the fall rather than all on one date.
