Disney Store announced the figure on X, leaning on Walt Disney's line that "it was all started by a mouse." The piece recreates the Partners statue, the sculpture of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse holding hands that stands in the hub of several Disney parks, at a size meant for a shelf or desk rather than a plaza.
What is different from the last version
This is not the first time Disney Store has offered a Partners collectible. Compared with a release from about a decade ago, which was a larger bronze-look replica on a heavy base, the 2026 figure has a copper-toned finish and a more compact footprint, with an engraved base that mirrors the plaque on the real statue. It reached Walt Disney World shelves in late June ahead of the wider July 14 on-sale date.
