Aristocats, Three Caballeros and a Spinning Mary Poppins Medal Lead the 2026 Wine & Dine Weekend at Walt Disney World
runDisney has revealed the 2026 Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend medals. The 5K medal goes to the Aristocats
Marie, Toulouse and Berlioz sit inside a golden border on the 5K medal, with the Eiffel Tower at the top standing in for the France pavilion. It is the shortest race of the weekend and traditionally the most costume heavy, and three kittens on a gold frame is squarely aimed at that crowd.
A flower shaped 10K medal for the Three Caballeros
The 10K medal breaks out of the usual circle: it is shaped like a flower, with Donald, Panchito and Jose in front of the Mexico pavilion's temple. The Three Caballeros already headline the boat ride inside that pyramid, so the medal is doing double duty as a course landmark and a character nod.
The half marathon medal spins
The half marathon gets the spinner. One face carries the Mary Poppins penguins, and the reverse shows a silhouette of Mary flying over London. The frame around it is built from her umbrella, which is the sort of detail that only reads properly once the medal is in your hand and turning.
The Two Course Challenge medal opens up
Grumpy fronts the Two Course Challenge medal, set against a German style clock complete with a pretzel and a bratwurst. The medal then opens, revealing artwork of Snow White on one side and Grumpy with "Finisher 19.3 Miles" on the other. That mileage is the giveaway: the Two Course Challenge is the 10K and the half marathon back to back, 6.2 miles on the Saturday and 13.1 on the Sunday.
Four medals, four World Showcase pavilions
Taken together the set reads as a lap of World Showcase. France and Mexico are stated outright in the artwork. Grumpy's German clock, the pretzel and the bratwurst put the challenge medal in Germany, and the Snow White artwork inside it fits, since the story is a German folk tale. Mary Poppins flying over London belongs to the United Kingdom pavilion.
That is a smarter piece of design than the usual character grab bag. Wine and Dine is the race weekend built around the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, and a medal set organised by pavilion gives runners a reason to walk the same promenade afterwards with a festival card in hand.
The race themes themselves were revealed back in January. This is the first look at how they were actually rendered in metal.

Medal reveals set the tone for a runDisney weekend, because the medal is the only part of race registration a runner keeps. A spinner and an opening medal in the same set is unusually elaborate for a half marathon weekend, and the fact that all four tie back to World Showcase pavilions gives the collection a through line most seasons do not have.
