Disney has posted the 2026 page for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, the live-jazz lounge that takes over the Hollywood Boulevard restaurant on every night of Disney Jollywood Nights. The listing confirms an event-exclusive menu of small plates and cocktails, all 15 party dates from November 7, 2026 through January 5, 2027, and a reservation window that opens on September 17, 2026. Prices are not on the page yet.

The Menu Highlights Disney Has Posted So Far
The Brown Derby drops its regular menu for the party. Only the event-exclusive lineup is served on Jollywood nights, so anyone hoping for the Cobb Salad or the grapefruit cake will need to come back on a regular day. Disney's page lists six highlights:
- Jazzy Sliders: bison and pork with onion jam and Gorgonzola on a brioche roll
- Chorizo Arancini: with shaved Parmesan and salmorejo tomato sauce
- Pork Belly Bao: Korean barbecue, cucumber slaw and soy vinaigrette
- Tofu Bao: seared tofu with the same cucumber slaw and soy vinaigrette, plant-based
- Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori: passion fruit and soy marinated chicken over crispy rice with cilantro aioli and watermelon radish
- Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita: Flecha Azul reposado tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and a house-made cranberry-jalapeño syrup

Disney's photo gallery shows a few things the highlights list does not name. There is a holiday hot chocolate under whipped cream, sprinkles and two chocolate cookies, and a sparkling champagne cocktail Disney captions as the Poinsettia Fizz, served with cherries and star-shaped picks. Another shot shows three cocktails garnished with cinnamon, jalapeño and cherry, one of which is presumably the margarita. Expect the full menu, and the prices, to land closer to the reservation date.

All 15 Jollywood Nights Dates
Jazzy Holidays runs on every party night, and the date list Disney published on the Brown Derby page matches the event calendar we reported in June:
2026-27 Party Dates
- November: 7, 14, 16, 21, 23 and 28
- December: 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21 and 23
- January: 3 and 5
This is the first year Disney Jollywood Nights stretches past New Year's. The party runs 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., ticket holders can enter from 5:30 p.m., and tickets have been on general sale since July 16 with discounts for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members.
How the Reservation Works With the Party Ticket
The two purchases are separate, and Disney's page is blunt about it. A Jollywood Nights ticket does not include the Brown Derby, and a Brown Derby reservation does not get anyone into the party. Guests need both. Everything ordered at the table is charged a la carte, alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid identification, and Disney Dining Plan meals cannot be used at the event.
The Brown Derby lounge has been a fixture of Jollywood Nights since the party debuted in 2023, and Disney's "highly encouraged" language is its usual signal for an experience that fills its book. The reservation link goes live on September 17, and dining reservations at Walt Disney World can be made online or by phone from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern.

What to Have Ready Before September 17
Pick a party date first. The Brown Derby booking is only useful on a night you already hold a Jollywood Nights ticket, and the reservation will not sell you one. Then decide whether the lounge is a start-of-night stop or the finale, because the party's stage shows and skating show run on set times and a mid-evening table can collide with them. We will update this story with prices and the full menu once Disney posts them, and the rest of the holiday season at Disney's Hollywood Studios is on our park hub.
