The full kitchen lineup, menus and prices have not been published yet.

Disney has switched on the Holiday Kitchens page for the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, confirming the seasonal marketplaces run November 27 through December 30, 2026 and naming four of the kitchens that will be pouring and plating this year. The full lineup is not up yet, but the preview is enough to tell you the festival's most recognisable stands are all coming back.

The Four Holiday Kitchens Disney Has Named

Disney's preview lists one signature item from each of four kitchens, and every one of them is a returning fan favourite rather than a debut:

Disney's own wording on the page is "and so much more," followed by a "check back soon" note where the rest of the lineup will go. In previous years the complete list of kitchens, dishes and prices has arrived through the Disney Eats Foodie Guide a few weeks out from opening day, which is the document worth watching if you are planning around a specific dish.

Key Details

What the Holiday Kitchens Sit Inside

The kitchens are the food half of a festival that also fills the park with entertainment for those thirty-four days. Spaceship Earth runs its holiday lighting after dark, World Showcase hosts its storytellers, and the Candlelight Processional plays nightly at the America Gardens Theatre with a celebrity narrator, a mass choir and a full orchestra. The Holiday Cookie Stroll also runs off the kitchens themselves: buy a qualifying cookie, collect a stamp in the festival passport, and five stamps earns a bonus treat.

Know Before You Order

Two rules Disney prints on the page are worth knowing before you plan a day around a specific kitchen. Menu items, pricing and hours are all subject to change without notice, so a dish listed in a preview is not a guarantee it will still be there in late December. And alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid identification, with a limit of two drinks per ID, a limit that catches out people trying to carry a round back to a table.

Guests with allergies are directed to speak to a cast member at the kitchen itself rather than relying on the posted menu. Disney's standard caveat applies: allergy-friendly recipes may use highly refined oils and ingredients processed in facilities that also handle allergens, so no item is guaranteed to be completely free of them.

The Next Thing to Watch Is the Foodie Guide

Right now the practical takeaway is a date and four dishes: the Holiday Kitchens open November 27, and Turkey Poutine, Creamy Eggnog, the Le Marché de Noël macarons and the Experimental Prototype Cookies of Tomorrow shakes are all confirmed to be part of it. Everything else (the full kitchen list, the individual menus, the prices, and the thirteen-cookie roster for the Cookie Stroll) is still pending on Disney's side. We will have the complete lineup as soon as it posts.
