Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar gets its Halloween overlay back
The Indiana Jones themed lounge on The Landing is the biggest single addition this year. The Halloween overlay returns August 11 and runs through November 9, bringing seasonal decor along with a menu that is close to half new. Six savory plates and five drinks carry the new label, which is a heavier refresh than the Hangar Bar usually gets.

Viper's Nest
The Fright of the Espresso is a flight rather than a single glass. Three pours come to the table:
- Cold brew and pumpkin spice liqueur garnished with pumpkin spice
- Cold brew, Kahlua liqueur, Tito's Handmade Vodka, Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and salted caramel syrup, garnished with caramel popcorn
- Cold brew, Kahlua liqueur, Tito's Handmade Vodka and toasted marshmallow syrup, garnished with candy corn marshmallows
Two of the new plates lean on the bar's Indiana Jones backstory rather than generic Halloween: the Temple of Doom Margarita and the Bone Kebabs, which arrive as pork and beef bone kebabs with prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce and kataifi straws. The Viper's Nest is the non-alcoholic option, a pineapple and green apple drink that turns colors from butterfly pea extract.
Amorette's Patisserie builds the prettiest case at Disney Springs
Amorette's runs its Halloween case from August 11 through November 9. The headline item is the Candle Petit Cake, a black velvet cake layered with spiced berry jam and pumpkin ganache under a dark chocolate glacage. The rest of the case mixes new work with returning favorites.

- S'mores Eclair with marshmallow mousse, chocolate ganache and graham cracker pieces
- Cherry Pie Eclair with cherry pie filling, streusel and vanilla mousse
The Ganachery toasts a pumpkin spice s'more to order
The chocolate shop on The Landing runs August 11 through November 9, and the Pumpkin Spice S'more is the item worth planning around: house-made graham crackers, spiced pumpkin ganache, dark chocolate and a vanilla marshmallow torched when it is ordered. The Haunted Mansion Portrait Bars return as a set of four ganache bars in chipotle, raspberry, salted caramel and passion fruit.

Raglan Road serves a Guinness pie with a face on it
The Irish pub keeps its own schedule, September 1 through November 1, and its list is one of the most complete at Disney Springs. Raglan's Ghostly Guinness Pie is a puff pastry pie with a spooky face baked into the top, hiding braised beef, wild mushrooms and slow-cooked Guinness gravy over mash.

eet by Maneet Chauhan plates the most theatrical items
The Indian-inspired restaurant runs August 11 through October 31 and swings hardest at the Halloween theme. The Franken-Weenies arrive as crispy corn dogs over pork chili and beer cheese sauce in a casket-style presentation, and the Happy Haunts cocktail is served in a light-up skull mug.

- Campfire Poutine: masala fries with slow-pulled pork and cheddar, tikka sauce and garlic emulsion

Ice cream, gelato and the rest of the sweets
Swirls on the Water has the shortest window of the sweet shops, September 4 through November 9, and one item: the Vampire Mickey Cone.

Vivoli il Gelato runs August 11 through November 3 with an Oreo Tiramisu, a Pumpkin Cannoli, a Pumpkin Spice Affogato, and a trio called Jack's Crew: a Jack O Lantern float with vanilla gelato and Fanta orange, a Gremlin Shake with mint chocolate chip gelato, and a Werewolf Shake with vanilla and chocolate gelato.
Erin McKenna's Bakery keeps the tightest window of anyone, October 1 through October 31, with hand-decorated Spooky Sugar Cookies, Coffin Cakes frosted in vanilla buttercream with piped roses, and a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich filled with cinnamon buttercream. The bakery is gluten free, vegan and kosher, which makes it the one stop on this list that most allergy-aware families can order from without asking.
Summer House on the Lake runs its Cookie Bar August 11 through October 31 with Halloween twists on its signature cookies and a Mummy Sugar Cookie. Wetzel's Pretzels adds Choco Churro Bitz, Cinn-A-Bitz drizzled with dulce de leche and chocolate sauce.

What this means for guests
The practical advantage of the Disney Springs list over the park foodie guides is that none of it requires a park ticket. Parking is free, admission is free, and a Halloween food crawl through The Landing can be done in an evening without touching a park reservation.
The windows are the thing to watch. Erin McKenna's only runs in October, Jaleo does not start until September 22, and Swirls on the Water waits until September 4, so an August visit and an October visit produce completely different lists. If the goal is the widest selection in one trip, the second half of September is when nearly everything overlaps. Disney says all offerings are subject to change and availability, and Halloween menus for EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom are still to be announced.
