Level99 Is Open and Six Ravens Nears Its Debut: Everything New at Disney Springs This Summer

Level99 is open on the Disney Springs West Side with 63 challenge rooms and more than 60 life-sized games, and Six Ravens, the savory spinoff from Gideon's Bakehouse, is closing in on its opening at The Landing. Vans, a Morimoto Asia shaved ice cart, a Goofy's Candy popcorn bar and a Ghirardelli relocation have been added to the summer lineup since.

Level99 is open on the Disney Springs West Side, and the summer lineup around it has grown well past the three items Disney announced in the spring. Six Ravens, the savory spinoff from the Gideon's Bakehouse team, is closing in on its debut at The Landing. Vans, a Morimoto Asia shaved ice cart, a build-your-own popcorn bar at Goofy's Candy Company and a Ghirardelli relocation have all been added since.

Level99 opens on the West Side

Level99 is the biggest physical addition of the season, and it is now open rather than pending. The venue sits next to the Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil theater and across from House of Blues Restaurant and Bar, and it is the fourth Level99 location as well as the largest built so far. Inside are 63 challenge rooms and player-versus-player duels, more than 60 life-sized mini games in total, running from axe-dodging physical courses to logic puzzles. More than 40 original artworks are installed through the space, which reads more like a gallery with obstacle courses in it than a standard arcade. The target audience is teens and adults rather than small children.

The food side is not an afterthought. A two-story bar anchors the middle of the venue with Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, bar snacks and cocktails made from scratch daily, plus a rotating local craft beer list. That makes Level99 a place to spend a full evening rather than an hour between other stops.

Six Ravens brings savory hand pies from the Gideon's team

Gideon's Bakehouse built its Disney Springs reputation on inch-thick cookies, gothic theming and virtual queues that run for hours. Six Ravens is the same team going savory, at The Landing, with a grab-and-go menu built around a house-made yeast roll stuffed with fillings they call a Coffyn. The name is not decoration: medieval European cooks baked hearty meals inside sealed pastry cases, called coffyns, so the food would survive long journeys. Sides run to smashed potatoes with dips including sweet heat and a house honey mustard.

The drinks list is the local hook. Six Ravens is brewing beers in partnership with Orlando restaurants Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig, which puts two well-regarded local names on a Disney Springs menu board and gives the concept something the other Gideon's locations do not have.

Vans arrives and Oakley reopens

Two footwear and apparel names are moving on the retail side. Vans is opening soon with classic footwear, sneakers, skate shoes and apparel. Oakley has already reopened after a refresh, selling performance eyewear, apparel and accessories in an updated space.

Shaved ice, a Ghirardelli rebuild and build-your-own popcorn

Morimoto Asia is extending itself outdoors with Kakigori Kool, a cart just outside the restaurant serving Japanese shaved ice with fruity syrups and toppings including strawberry popping boba and fresh pineapple. Morimoto Asia and Polite Pig are both recognized in the MICHELIN Guide, which is worth knowing if the plan involves a sit-down meal rather than a walk-up window.

Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop is the one to plan around. The longtime Marketplace location is being renovated in 2027 with more indoor seating and a reworked layout, and a temporary Town Center location opens later this summer so the hot fudge sundaes stay available through the work.

Goofy's Candy Company is adding a create-your-own popcorn station: pick from caramel, buttered or an orange citrus flavor exclusive to Disney Springs, add a chocolate drizzle, then finish with two or three candy mix-ins.

Summer nights at the Waterside Stage

On select nights, the AdventHealth Waterside Stage hosts the DescenDANCE Party x Camp Rock Jam, a dance party built on music from Descendants: Wicked Wonderland and Camp Rock 3 plus older Disney Channel songs. It runs as part of Cool KIDS' SUMMER programming, and it is free, which makes it useful for families already at Disney Springs after a park day and for guests staying at hotels off Disney property.

Cookie art at Amorette's and a Drawn to Life deal

Amorette's Patisserie is running Mickey and Minnie Cookie Art with edible watercolor paints, refreshed this season with beach-themed designs. Each kit includes a Mickey cookie, a Minnie cookie, a painter's palette cookie, brushes and water to activate the paints, and it is sold only at Amorette's.

Alongside that, Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil and Disney is running a Cool KIDS' SUMMER offer: a $25 child ticket with the purchase of a full-price adult ticket. The offer is on sale through September 6 and covers performances through September 20. Disney Springs has also added seating, tables and outdoor umbrellas on the West Side, which is a small thing that matters in a Florida summer.

What this means for guests

Disney Springs keeps shifting toward reasons to stay for a full evening rather than an hour of shopping before dinner. Level99 is the clearest version of that: a venue that can absorb two or three hours on a rain day or a non-park day, at a price point that has nothing to do with theme park admission. Six Ravens is the one to watch on the food side, since a savory Gideon's is likely to draw the same queues the cookies do.

For anyone planning a trip in the next few weeks, the two items with hard dates are the Ghirardelli move to Town Center and the September 6 cutoff on the Drawn to Life child ticket. Disney has also said more storefronts are coming, so the rest of the season is likely to fill in the same way this one did.
