Disney Believe will serve Inside Out emotion cupcakes and a color-changing Snow White cocktail
Disney Cruise Line has previewed the food and drink coming to the Disney Believe, which sets sail in December 2027. Inside Out: Joyful Sweets brings emotion-themed cupcakes, popsicles and treats, and three new lounges pour story-themed cocktails, each with an alcohol-free version or a signature glass.

The Disney Believe will open Inside Out: Joyful Sweets, a sweet shop selling cupcakes, popsicles, cereal treats and chocolate spheres themed to the emotions from the Pixar films. Three new lounges on the ship, Sea Notes, Wishing Well and Skygazers, will pour cocktails built around The Little Mermaid, Snow White and the night sky.
Key Details
- Ship: Disney Believe, the next ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet
- Maiden voyage: December 2027
- Sweet shop: Inside Out: Joyful Sweets, with more than 20 gelato and ice cream flavors
- Lounges: Sea Notes, Wishing Well and Skygazers
Emotion cupcakes at Inside Out: Joyful Sweets
Each cupcake pairs one emotion from Inside Out with its own flavor and a matching character lollipop.
- Joy Lemon Confetti. Vanilla confetti cake with a blue filling, lemon buttercream, fusion sprinkles and a Joy lollipop.
- Anger Red Velvet. Spiced red velvet cake with cinnamon buttercream, chocolate ganache, fire sprinkles and an Anger lollipop.
- Anxiety Orange-Almond. Orange-almond cake with espresso-chocolate crème frosting, fusion sprinkles and an Anxiety lollipop.
- Envy Sour Apple. Sour apple cake with lime curd filling, matcha buttercream, fusion sprinkles and an Envy lollipop.
- Character sculptures. Larger-than-life Inside Out 2 figures, including Anxiety and the Sense of Self (the film's glowing picture of Riley's beliefs about herself), will stand in the shop.
The whole menu is new rather than borrowed from the rest of the fleet. Inside Out 2, the 2024 Pixar sequel, added Anxiety, Envy, Embarrassment and Ennui to Riley's emotions, and three of those newcomers already turn up across the treat case.
Popsicles in each emotion's colors
The four popsicles share a white chocolate fudge cake base and change only the glaze and the character eyes.
- Anxiety Orange. An orange-chocolate glaze finished with Anxiety's eyes.
- Joy Lemon. Despite the name, the glaze is mango-chocolate, topped with Joy's eyes.
- Embarrassment Strawberry. A strawberry-chocolate glaze with the eyes of Embarrassment, the big, shy emotion introduced in Inside Out 2.
- Anger Raspberry. A raspberry-chocolate glaze with Anger's eyes on top.
Crisped rice cereal treats with marshmallow characters
Each crisped rice treat gets a different mix-in and a marshmallow decoration of its emotion.
- Anger Peanut. Crisped rice cereal bound with peanut butter and topped with an Anger marshmallow.
- Envy Cookies. Cookies 'n cream crisped rice with a marshmallow of Envy, the small teal emotion from Inside Out 2.
- Anxiety Caramel. Dulce de leche, a slow-cooked milk caramel, mixed through the cereal with an Anxiety marshmallow.
- Joy Vanilla. Nonpareil sprinkles and a Joy marshmallow decoration.
Shortbread cookies and shimmer chocolate spheres
The last two lineups are a filled shortbread assortment and three chocolate spheres in emotion colors.
- Shortbread assortment. Vanilla shortbread with vanilla frosting and a dulce de leche filling.
- Joy sphere. A yellow shimmer chocolate shell filled with chocolate candy and finished with star decor.
- Anxiety sphere. An orange shimmer chocolate shell with chocolate candy inside and chocolate decor.
- Anger sphere. A red shimmer chocolate shell with chocolate candy filling and a yellow chocolate flame.
Sea Notes cocktails come in a seashell glass
The Little Mermaid piano lounge pairs a vodka martini with an alcohol-free twin, both in seashell-inspired glassware.
- The setting. Sea Notes is an iridescent piano lounge themed to The Little Mermaid, with a pearlescent piano and an under-the-sea look.
- Sea Salt Martini. Mermaid Sea Salt Vodka, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto (a bergamot liqueur), cucumber juice and Cocchi Americano, topped with salted coconut sea foam and beet leaf microgreens.
- Under the Seaweed. The zero-proof version: Lyre's Tequila Alternative, cucumber juice, coconut water, lime juice and blue curacao syrup, with nori and salted coconut sea foam.

Wishing Well's color-changing Snow White cocktail
The Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs lounge serves a drink whose glass changes color as it is filled.
- The setting. Wishing Well is a storybook lounge themed to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the 1937 Disney Animation classic.
- The Peddler's Disguise. Green apple, elderflower, vanilla, white cranberry juice, lime juice and Fever-Tree Lime Yuzu Soda, named for the Evil Queen's old peddler disguise.
- Color-changing glass. Disney says the glass changes color when the drink is poured into it.

Skygazers pours Moonshine and Starshine
The astronomer-themed pub serves a gin and sake cocktail and an alcohol-free partner in a constellation-inspired vessel.
- The setting. Skygazers is a new pub styled as an astronomer's laboratory, with props and artifacts inspired by the stars.
- Moonshine. Roku Gin, Dassai Blue 50 Sake, Chareau Aloe Liqueur and Cocchi Americano, finished with a moon aroma bubble.
- Starshine. Seedlip Garden 108, Origami Zero non-alcoholic sake, white grape, yuzu and elderflower, also topped with a moon aroma bubble.
- Sparkly vessel. Both drinks arrive in a sparkly glass meant to evoke the constellations in the night sky.

What is still unknown before the Disney Believe sails
Disney shared ingredients and themes, but several planning details are still missing.
- No prices yet. The preview lists ingredients only; no price is given for any treat or drink.
- Lounge food menus. Only cocktails were shown for Sea Notes, Wishing Well and Skygazers; no lounge food was described.
- Gelato lineup unnamed. None of the shop's gelato or ice cream flavors has been named yet.
- More reveals coming. Disney Cruise Line says further announcements about the ship are still to come.
Our take. With the ship more than a year from service, treat these as early menus that can still change. Non-drinkers lose nothing at Sea Notes or Skygazers: Under the Seaweed and Starshine come in the same signature glass as the cocktails they mirror.
