The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is back in full bloom, and the Garden Graze challenge is one of the tastiest reasons to visit World Showcase this spring. Sample qualifying dishes from five or more outdoor kitchens, collect your stamps, and earn a complimentary treat — all through June 1, 2026.

Garden Graze: How It Works

Chef Tony, the chef de cuisine for the festival, shared that each menu item starts as a flavor sketch, gets scaled to outdoor kitchen size, and is finished with details like fine sea salt or custom-grown microgreens. The culinary and beverage teams work closely to develop every pairing.

Nectar (by AdventHealth)

Near The Land, the Poke Bowl features sticky rice with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled onions, seaweed salad, furikake, and umami sauce. Pair with the non-alcoholic Frozen Island Escape smoothie.

Beach Grub

The Grilled Street Corn on the Cob is coated with garlic spread and Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese. Pair with the Strawberry-Basil Lemonade.

The Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho — coconut custard atop chocolate cake in passion fruit caramel — pairs with Bold Rock Paradise Orchard Hard Cider.

The Citrus Blossom

The Lumpia with plant-based pork comes with yuzu sweet-and-sour and green papaya salad. Pair with the beer and cider flight: ACE Cider Orange Groves, Central 28 Grapefruit Pale Ale, and BrewDog Five Limes Cerveza. The Lemon Tart also qualifies. Rounding out the list, Bauernmarkt offers Potato Pancakes.
