Disney Consumer Products Wins Two TOTY Awards, Launches Blockbuster Season
Disney Consumer Products delivered one of its strongest Toy Fair New York showings in years, winning two Toy of the Year Awards for the American Girl Disney Moana Collection by Mattel and the Ultimate Stitch Interactive Feature Plush by Just Play. The wins kick off Blockbuster Season, a global campaign timed to Toy Story 5, Moana live-action, Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Disney Consumer Products took center stage at Toy Fair New York with one of its strongest showings in years, claiming two Toy of the Year Awards and launching its biggest Blockbuster Season in recent memory. The momentum carried onto Good Morning America, amplifying visibility for a slate of story-powered products timed to 2026's biggest theatrical releases.
Double TOTY Triumph for Moana and Stitch


This year's Toy of the Year Awards honored the American Girl Disney Moana Collection from Mattel as Doll of the Year and the Disney Stitch Ultimate Stitch Interactive Feature Plush from Just Play as Plush Toy of the Year.

Blockbuster Season Spans Star Wars, Moana, Toy Story 5 and Marvel
Toy Fair launched Disney Consumer Products' Blockbuster Season, which supports upcoming theatrical releases: Lucasfilm's Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, Pixar's Toy Story 5 (in theaters June 19), Disney's live-action reimagining of Moana (in theaters July 10), and Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: Brand New Day in association with Marvel Studios.








Highlights included the Star Wars Action Buddy Grogu with 50+ sound combinations, the Bounty Blaster figure, a continuation of the Droid Factory BDX Droids collection for Disney Store and Disney Parks, The Mandalorian Talking Action Figure, a LEGO Star Wars Grogu set, the Moana Ocean Shell Reveal, a Woody and Jessie Action Figure Pack, and the Marvel's Spidey and his Amazing Friends Rescue-Webs Web-Quarters Playset inspired by the Disney Jr. series' season-five storyline.
