Marvel Rivals Version 20260507 Patch Notes: Black Cat, Blade, and Klyntar Map Fixes
Marvel Rivals' May 7, 2026 patch lands without server downtime, adding new Winter Soldier and Venom bundles plus Starlit Gunslinger Chromas, while squashing bugs across Black Cat's Tablet of Destinies, Blade's Exorcism Round audio, and the Klyntar: Symbiotic Surface map.
Greetings, Rivals — the next Marvel Rivals patch lands May 7, 2026 at 09:00 UTC with no server downtime, just a quick patch-and-play that bundles a new round of store drops with bug fixes for Black Cat, Blade, and the Klyntar: Symbiotic Surface map.
This is a relatively light patch by Rivals standards — no hero balance changes, no map rotations — but it does clean up a handful of frustrating bugs that have nagged players since the last update. Here's everything that's changing.

Hero Fixes
Two hero-side bugs are getting hotfix attention this week, both of which had been costing players more than they should have.
- Black Cat — Base-Camp Bad Luck: Using the Tablet of Destinies inside the spawn room previously failed to accumulate Felicia's Fortune. The fix lets the world's greatest cat burglar gamba wherever she wants.
- Stuck the Superhero Landing: Heroes in a slow-fall state who got hit with a knockdown ability could fail to properly end their landing animation, leaving them locked in a permanent crouch. Knees, rejoice.
Map Fixes
One environmental bug, fixed.
- Klyntar's Clingy Catastrophe: A rare bug could trap Black Cat in place after using her Ring of Zona portal on the Klyntar: Symbiotic Surface map. The symbiotes are no longer that into Felicia.
Blood Hunt Fixes
The Blood Hunt mode gets two cleanups — one for matchmaking, one for sound design.
- Rally Point Rescue: A matchmaking glitch caused the Rally Point to fail to gather all remaining players when a teammate quit during Hero Selection. Rapid deployment is now reliable.
- Blade's Sonic Boom: The firing sound effects for Blade's Silver Soulbreaker build's Exorcism Round (Right-Click) could trigger an abnormal cascade of audio in certain combat situations. NetEase has dialed the volume back to normal levels.
What This Means for Marvel Rivals Players
If you main Black Cat, this is the patch you've been waiting for — the spawn-room Tablet of Destinies bug and the Klyntar portal trap were both ranked-mode liabilities. Blade mains running the Silver Soulbreaker build can finally use Exorcism Round in close quarters without melting their headset volume. And anyone who's tried to grind Blood Hunt through the recent matchmaking churn should see a smoother experience starting May 7. Marvel Rivals is constantly evolving — stay tuned to NetEase's official channels for the next round of hero updates.
