March 11 Marvel Comics: X-Men United, Alias Red Band, Imperial Guardians

This week's new Marvel Comics releases invite readers to Graymatter Lane, unleash a new Imperial Guardians team, and plunge Jessica Jones into a grisly Hell's Kitchen mystery. Here is what hits shelves on March 11.

X-Men United and a New Mutant School

"Build a school," Charles Xavier told them, and the X-Men have done just that in X-MEN UNITED (2026) #1 by Eve Ewing and Tiago Palma. Welcome to Graymatter Lane, a place where mutants from anywhere in the world come together to teach one another the skills needed for survival. The instructor roster includes Wolverine, Beast, Prodigy, and Magneto on a campus unlike any before, as a global student body works to advance mutantkind—and confront a brewing threat.

Alias: Red Band Brings Jessica Jones Back

Jessica Jones returns in ALIAS: RED BAND (2026) #1, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the original Alias. A series of grisly murders in Hell's Kitchen pulls Jessica into a mystery more sinister than she could have imagined. As the wife of Mayor Luke Cage, she must tread carefully as she forms a dangerous alliance with Typhoid Mary to track down the killer. Sam Humphries writes, with art by Geraldo Borges.

Meanwhile, the fallout from IMPERIAL continues in Dan Abnett and Marcelo Ferreira's IMPERIAL GUARDIANS (2026) #1, starring Gamora, Captain Marvel, Amadeus Cho, Darkhawk, and Cosmic Ghost Rider—five unlikely operatives recruited by Maximus of the Inhumans to protect the delicate balance of the new Galactic Union by any means necessary.

Death Spiral, Black Cat, and a Chef Team-Up

DEATH SPIRAL rages on in VENOM (2025) #255 by Al Ewing and Carlos Gomez, as Spider-Man and the All-New Venom work to solve a murder neither expected. Eddie Brock returns with a Carnage-sized secret. In BLACK CAT (2025) #8 by G. Willow Wilson and Gleb Melnikov, a simple smash-and-grab by Black Cat and Venom goes sideways in the most heavily guarded place in the Multiverse.

World-class chef José Andrés joins the Marvel Universe in SPIDER-MAN: MEALS TO ASTONISH (2026) #1. Peter Parker heads downtown to photograph the opening of Andrés' new restaurant, but Electro crashes the event, forcing Spidey and World Central Kitchen chefs to save the day.
