The Island Tower introduces a tiered selection of villa accommodations. Smaller parties can book a duo studio sleeping two or a deluxe studio sleeping up to four. Families needing more space have access to one-bedroom villas (five guests) and two-bedroom villas (nine guests), each featuring a full kitchen, living area, outdoor patio, and washer/dryer.

Four tropical garden hideaways, reserved exclusively for Island Tower guests and members, offer an outdoor retreat inspired by the lush beauty of the Polynesian Islands. Two of the Terrace Gardens face Magic Kingdom Park, giving guests a prime vantage point for the nightly fireworks. The other two gardens provide sunset views over Disney's scenic golf courses.
