A Reimagined Lobby Full of Color and Character
The newly refreshed lobby at Pop Century is designed to feel brighter and more functional from the moment guests arrive. Vibrant floor-to-ceiling artwork inspired by pop culture from the 1950s through 1990s now lines the walls, alongside larger-than-life illustrations of Disney's Fab Five.

A standout design element is the TV wall, a collection of vintage-style television frames that creates a delightfully retro backdrop. The lobby was also reconfigured to add more seating — including communal tables — giving guests more room to relax during check-in or plan their day.

Facility Asset Management project manager Luis Sanchez described the goal as making the lobby 'feel brighter, more vibrant and more functional,' with attention paid to everything from lighting to seating layout.
Petals Pool Bar Gets a Fresh Look
Petals Pool Bar at the Hippy Dippy Pool received refreshed finishes and updated details that make the ordering experience smoother. New tile details behind the bar and clear digital menu boards make it easier to browse and order during a mid-day break between swims.

Guest Rooms: Brighter Palette, Decade-Inspired Style
The refreshed guest rooms carry Pop Century's playful, decade-inspired aesthetic into a modernized space. The new design features warm wood-toned flooring, a geometric inset area with pops of blue, gray, green, and orange, and soft sky-blue accents near the bed wall and bathroom.

New curtains and patterned upholstery — including Hidden Mickeys woven into the chair fabric — add personality while keeping the space clean and functional.
Part of a Broader Resort Transformation
The lobby, pool bar, and room updates build on earlier enhancements to Everything POP Shopping & Dining, which previously received refreshed dining and shopping spaces along with a new coffee shop. Together, the combined improvements give the resort a cohesive refresh from arrival to checkout.

What This Means for Walt Disney World Guests
