Padmé Amidala: Naboo Elegance in Doll Form
Released on May 4 (Star Wars Day), the Padmé Amidala Limited Edition Collector's Doll is inspired by the iconic lakeside scene on Naboo in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. The doll captures Padmé's soft ombre coloring, flowing fabric, and delicate sparkling accents — design elements that proved particularly challenging to execute at doll scale. Design Manager J. Fuchs explained: "Finding a fabric that drapes well at this small size is especially difficult. On a person, chiffon drapes easily, but on a doll the same material will appear stiffer and gathering on the outfit will be very large."

The embroidery on the cape was inspired by Naboo's architectural style and written language. Jewelry details — necklace, arm cuffs, and back-of-dress charm — are made of metal with an iridescent enamel fill inspired by mother of pearl. The head sculpt was created from scratch by Disney's sculptor, as the team had never previously created a Natalie Portman likeness. The doll is available at DisneyStore.com and is coming soon to Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.

Moana and Simea: Celebrating Sisterhood in Moana 2
The Moana and Simea Limited Edition Doll Set — exclusive to DisneyStore.com with only 2,700 sets produced — captures the sisters at the end of Moana 2, reunited after Moana's adventures. Design Manager J. Fuchs described the intentional creative vision: "We wanted them side by side as if looking at the ocean, with Moana recounting her tales and Simea excited for the day she gets to have her own. We also included the little starfish Simea gives Moana inside her necklace, as a reminder that they're always in each other's hearts."
Because Moana 2 is a recent production, the design team had access to digital models directly from the studio, enabling unprecedented accuracy. Cultural authenticity was a priority throughout — Moana's outfit features woven fabric recreating the tapa cloth of her skirt, multi-colored embroidery, natural woven trims, and threads representing the grass skirt. The trim on her bodice represents the tiny feathers used as traditional embellishment, and her leaf crown captures the variegated look of Ti leaves. The metallic gold accents on Moana's arm and oar represent the magical gifts bestowed upon her at the end of her journey. The dolls are fully poseable and include display stands.

Cruella de Vil: Classic Villain Meets Contemporary Edge
Released on January 26, 2026, the Cruella de Vil Limited Edition Collector's Doll celebrates the 65th anniversary of Disney's 101 Dalmatians. The design team, led by J. Fuchs, aimed to honor the classic animated character while incorporating contemporary details: "The coat, face, and overall color scheme are pure classic Cruella, with nods to the live action film in the more modern hairstyle, mixed metal jewelry, and dramatic design of the dress."
Signature elements include her oversized fur coat, scarlet gloves, sleek black dress, and contrasting snake-print faux leather. A detachable coat neckline medallion engraved with "CDV" allows for multiple styling options. J. Fuchs described the material work as a highlight: "It's not often I get to work with different textures like this — from the fuzziest to the sleekest we can find, to the ultra-shimmer fun of the coat lining. The soft matte, snake-y suede on her dress is probably my all-time favorite material I've gotten to incorporate in an outfit." The doll is available at DisneyStore.com.
