Welcome to the Honeyglow Woods
Players celebrate 100 years of Winnie the Pooh by crossing through a magical new gateway into the Honeyglow Woods, a land inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood and filled with puzzles, lost secrets, and a fair share of honey. The Woods were once a place to enjoy doing nothing at all — at least until the Everoak Tree at their center closed up.
To begin the adventure, players plant a Tree Sprout and grow it into a magical glowing tree that can be placed (and later moved or removed) anywhere in the Valley, the Floating Islands, or Expansions. Cross to the other side, and it's clear something has gone very wrong — but no one makes the journey alone.
The Friends You Make Along the Way
The pack reunites players with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, and Eeyore. First up is Pooh himself — expect hide-and-seek, cloud-watching, and the discovery of some very magical honey. Eeyore, naturally, has lost his tail again, so players help the delightfully gloomy donkey find a replacement until the real one turns up. And the courageous-when-it-counts Piglet will need a hand facing his fears before the trio is reunited. Solve the mystery of the Honeyglow Woods, and Pooh, Eeyore, and Piglet can be invited back to the Valley with their own homes, Friendship Quests, and rewards.
A New Magical Land, with Magical Honey
The Honeyglow Woods offer four special areas to discover and decorate: the Drowsybloom Acre, a sunny meadow perfect for napping; the Gloommeadow, a murky marsh full of ponds and rivers; Braveheart Grove, a dense forest where players (and Piglet) face their fears; and the Nectar Apiary, a hidden glen full of honeycombs that holds the source of the trouble. Special new portals make it easy to hop to Scrooge McDuck's Store and Chez Remy's restaurant.
Honey isn't just for cooking. The Adventure Pack introduces an entirely new gameplay mechanic: beekeeping. Place flowers around a Busy Bees' House and they'll get pollinated, generating more honey — and a fully pollinated house doubles the growth of flowers in the same biome up to their spawn limit. Better still, those Busy Bees' Houses can be moved into any biome, including the base game Valley.
No new land would be complete without a new critter, and the Honeyglow Woods deliver an absolutely adorable one: hedgehogs, each with their own Photo Mode poses and Friendship Levels to unlock. The pack also adds a new mini-game, Pooh Sticks — interact with a Honeyglow bridge in the Gloommeadow to drop a stick and race it down the river, a charming new way to level up Friendship with Villagers and earn exclusive rewards.
The Adventure Pack and Early Adopter Bonus
Honeyglow Woods is the first-ever Disney Dreamlight Valley Adventure Pack — an optional, paid add-on meant to be enjoyed alongside the game's usual free content updates. Existing players can buy it in the Premium Shop and pocket 2,000 Moonstones on top, while newcomers can grab the pack and the base game together for 10,000 Moonstones. Anyone who plays before July 22 also receives an exclusive Rainy Day Winnie the Pooh Dream Style in their in-game mailbox, and Apple Arcade Edition owners get the pack's contents on day one at no additional cost.
What's Next? Ralph Joins the Valley
The roadmap doesn't stop at honey. Later this summer, a long-awaited villager finally arrives: Ralph, from Disney's Wreck-It Ralph, reuniting with Vanellope in the Valley. With help from the Forgotten, players will get swept into video-game nostalgia — running a Bad-Anon meeting, reconnecting Ralph and Vanellope, and more — in a free update that also brings a new Star Path, fresh features, and quality-of-life improvements. Beyond that, the team confirmed two more free base-game updates and a brand-new Expansion still to come this year.
Community House Vote and Twitch Drops
The Showcase also handed players a say in the Valley's future with a new community activation: a vote on what kind of House should be added later this year, with all rounds open until June 26. And a new Twitch Drops campaign runs from June 17 through June 24 — watch partnered creators' Disney Dreamlight Valley streams to unlock an Eeyore Ears Headband.
Why Fans Should Be Excited
Between a Winnie the Pooh-themed land, a genuinely new beekeeping loop, the first paid Adventure Pack, and the long-requested arrival of Ralph, the Summer Showcase gave Disney Dreamlight Valley players plenty to plan around. The Honeyglow Woods launch on July 8 is the immediate headline — but with two more free updates and a new Expansion still on the horizon, the back half of 2026 is shaping up to be one of the Valley's busiest stretches yet.
