Disney Dreamlight Valley's Whispers of the Wind Update Brings Pocahontas, Olaf's Grand Exhibition, and More
Disney Dreamlight Valley's Whispers of the Wind update is now live on all platforms, adding Pocahontas as a new villager, the Olaf's Grand Exhibition collection showcase feature, the Elements of Nature Star Path with Vault rewards, and two seasonal events running through June.

Disney Dreamlight Valley's latest major content update, Whispers of the Wind, is now available on all platforms, bringing Pocahontas to the Valley alongside a brand-new collection showcase feature, crafting improvements, and two seasonal events.
Pocahontas Arrives in the Valley
The centerpiece of this update is the arrival of Pocahontas from Disney's 1995 animated classic. To begin her questline, players need to have Moana as a villager and have unlocked both the Dazzle Beach and Forest of Valor biomes.
A mysterious wind will guide your way as you join Moana and follow swirling leaves across the ocean toward something magical. Together, you'll discover a breathtaking new area and begin helping Pocahontas prepare a Celestial Celebration -- a Valley festival honoring the Moontide Glow, a phenomenon that lights up the waters of Dazzle Beach.
From preparing food and crafting decorations to helping set the scene, every villager in the Valley has a role to play. Along the way, you'll deepen your bond with Pocahontas and unlock new items and rewards.
Olaf's Grand Exhibition
A major new feature debuts with this update: Olaf's Grand Exhibition, a special hub where players can showcase collections and celebrate achievements. At launch, rooms dedicated to the Peaceful Meadow and other biomes are available, with more rooms coming in future updates.
Completing displays unlocks exclusive decorations that can be placed anywhere in your Valley, giving collectors a tangible reward for their efforts.
Elements of Nature Star Path and Vault Rewards
The Elements of Nature Star Path brings nature-themed cosmetics to the Valley, including charming furniture, whimsical outfits, and the collectible Hermit Garden Turtle companion.
This update also introduces Vault rewards, a new system that lets players earn select items from past Star Paths by completing Routine Duties. Some Vault rewards will appear gradually throughout the update period, so check back regularly.
Premium Shop and Crafting Improvements
The Colors of Nature Collection arrives in the Premium Shop, featuring decorated versions of Goofy's Stall and the Wishing Well, the Natural Pergola Set, and two playful swirling wind motifs.
On the quality-of-life side, the Crafting menu and Uncrafting Station now include search bars, smarter filters, and a cleaner layout -- a welcome improvement for players managing large inventories.
Seasonal Events
Upcoming Events
- Springtime Floating Festival: April 29 - May 19, 2026 (festive puzzles across the Valley)
- Treasure Hunt: May 27 - June 9, 2026 (dig up Treasure Cracks, follow clues, fish for extra rewards)
What This Means for Valley Villagers
Whispers of the Wind is one of the more feature-rich Dreamlight Valley updates in recent memory, combining a beloved Disney character with a meaningful new gameplay system in Olaf's Grand Exhibition and the long-requested Vault rewards. The crafting QoL improvements alone are worth the update for longtime players. Pocahontas fans will want to make sure Moana is in their Valley and both required biomes are unlocked before diving in.
