2023 Marvel Day at Sea Brings Record 30+ Characters to the Disney Dream

Marvel Day at Sea is returning to the Disney Dream for early 2023, and it will be the biggest lineup yet—more than 30 Marvel Super Heroes and Villains will appear across the ship for one dedicated day of themed entertainment, meet-and-greets, live shows, and immersive activities. The sailings depart from Miami between January and March 2023.

Record-Setting Character Roster

For the first time in the event's history, more than 30 Marvel Super Heroes and Villains will appear on the ship during Marvel Day at Sea. New character debuts include Captain America Sam Wilson, Mighty Thor, Shang-Chi, Ms. Marvel, Ant-Man, the Wasp, and Kate Bishop. Returning fan favorites include Spider-Man, Iron Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Thor, Loki, and Black Widow.

New Shows and Live Entertainment

The 2023 event introduces several new and significantly updated live entertainment offerings:

• A reimagined Heroes Unite—the signature nighttime spectacular with stunts, pyrotechnics, and special effects—will feature a multiverse-spanning story culminating in an epic battle against never-before-seen villains. The updated show assembles an unprecedented number of Marvel characters.
• New to the Walt Disney Theatre, Strange Academy: A Spellbinding Spectacular showcases the mystic arts with appearances by Doctor Strange, the powerful witch Agatha Harkness, and the first-ever appearance of Sorcerer Supreme Wong on a Disney Cruise Line ship.

The Mickey and Minnie's Super Hero Celebration brings a high-energy party to the upper decks, while the adult-exclusive Ravagers Dance Party features Star-Lord and Gamora for a late-night experience.
